Reed & Baum Estate Agents, Quorn

A warm, heritage-inspired estate agency

Gloss Interiors were commissioned to create a distinctive and welcoming office environment for Reed & Baum Estate Agents, situated in the heart of the picturesque village of Quorn, Leicestershire.

The design brief was centred around creating a stylish, heritage-inspired space that reflected the agency's strong brand identity, family values and close connection to the local community. The aim was to move away from the traditional corporate estate agency environment, introducing a warm, inviting atmosphere where clients would feel instantly at ease, alongside a comfortable and practical workspace for the team.

Taking inspiration from the rich red tones of the Reed & Baum branding, the interiors combine a sophisticated palette of warm neutrals, heritage colours and natural wood finishes. Textured wallcoverings, traditional wall panelling, classic Chesterfield seating and carefully considered furnishings bring a sense of timeless elegance, while bespoke office desks were designed to balance everyday functionality with the overall aesthetic.

A particularly personal element of the design was the introduction of a bespoke gallery wall, suggested by Gloss Interiors to celebrate the family history, community connections and personal journey of the agency's directors. Featuring a collection of meaningful photographs, this thoughtful detail brings authenticity and personality to the space, reinforcing the values at the heart of the business.

The result is a beautifully considered office that seamlessly blends traditional character with contemporary practicality. A welcoming, professional environment that reflects the individuality of Reed & Baum, celebrates its community roots and creates a lasting impression for clients and staff alike.
